Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers can be redeemed through the Wotif.com website only for bookings which are available on Wotif.com in the currency nominated in the voucher.
- Vouchers can be used to make bookings up to and including the "Valid until" date shown on the voucher. The expiration date will not apply in some jurisdictions to the extent prohibited or limited by law.
- Only one voucher may be used per booking. An existing booking made using a voucher may not be extended or altered using another voucher.
- Bookings are deducted from the voucher balance. Any unused balance will be able to be used in subsequent bookings. If the booking exceeds the amount of the voucher the balance must be paid with a credit card. To check voucher balances visit https://www.wotif.com/giftvoucher/Enter.
- Vouchers are non-refundable, not transferable and not redeemable for cash or other vouchers.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed at the time of booking. Normal Terms and Conditions of purchase apply. Risk of loss for vouchers pass to the recipient upon delivery/transmission to the recipient.
- For your security, the voucher cannot be redeemed without the Voucher ID. We will have the right to cancel vouchers and request alternate forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained voucher is redeemed through Wotif.com.
